Getting 403 or 404 errors on sharing dashboards

Account admins, use this article to find out how to enable and share dashboards.

If you get a 403 or 404 error when trying to use a sharing dashboard then either:

  1. The dashboard is not enabled for sharing.
  2. Your Geckoboard admin has changed the dashboard URL.
    • Ask your Geckoboard account admin to log in to the 'Sharing URLs' tab of their account screen to find the working URL for that dashboard.
