Change account ownership

If the current owner is available

If the account owner is available, there are two ways to transfer ownership:

  1. Promote an existing Admin or View-only user to Owner
  2. Change the email address to the new Owner's email address and reset the password.

If the current owner is unavailable or no longer with the company

If the current Owner is unavailable or not longer with the company, we can still change ownership of the account for you following a quick security check. 

Please complete this Geckoboard form with as much information as possible. Upon submission, we’ll review the request, reach out to confirm the changes and share the next steps to transfer ownership.
