Add a warning state to a Number visualization

You can add a warning state to a Number visualization that triggers when the displayed number meets certain conditions.

The triggered warning will color the Number visualization in red to alert you about something going bellow or above the expected threshold.

Example

You have a Number visualization representing your CSAT score for the past 28 days. You aim to keep this above 90%. If it drops to 89% and below your visualization will glow red. This is achieved by setting the warning to "Less than" 90

To add a warning, follow these steps:

  1. Hover your mouse pointer over the dashboard widget you want to add a warning state to.
  2. Click the more options icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click Add warning.

  4. Enter a figure that will display a warning if the displayed number either climbs above or falls below.

  5. Click Save.
  6. And that's it! Now your widget's background color will change to red when your metric falls within your warning state parameter.
