Configure Google Analytics visualizations

In this article we'll show you how to use our Google Analytics data source to create a leaderboard that shows the top sources by sessions. example of using labels to display your Google Analytics data in Geckoboard

  1. Add a new Sessions this week widget from the list of preset widgets.
  2. Click the more options menu on your new widget, then click Edit.
  3. Switch the visualization type from Line chart to Leaderboard.
  4. Click Labels to bring up the tree select menu. Search for source, then click Session acquisition (last click) > Session source.searching for sources in the labels tree menu
  5. Change the timespan for the session data if you require anything different to Past 7 days.select a time value you'd like to see data for
  6. When you've finished configuring your widget, click outside of the menu to close it. Finally, hover over the new widget and click the title to edit it e.g. Sessions by source (past 7 days).
