How do I contact support?

Our help center features articles on every aspect of Geckoboard, from getting started with dashboards to configuring your widgets. To find articles, use the Search our articles field above, or browse by category by returning to the homepage.

If you can't find the answer you're looking for, we take pride in providing excellent customer support.

To contact us by email, click the Get Support button in the top right hand corner.

Alternatively, to start a conversation click Help in top right hand corner of the app and click Talk to us.


Be as specific as you can. The more details you include, the better we can understand what you want to achieve. Feel free to upload screenshots or files that can help us see what you're seeing.

Why we don't offer phone support

We don't offer phone support, but our Customer Success Champions are ready to help you via email and Intercom.

When you contact us, you’ll always talk to a real, friendly human. Our Customer Success Champions span the globe from India to Hawaii. We love answering questions, solving problems, and helping you build your dashboard.

Keeping our support online enables us to:

  • See your dashboard(s) (with your permission) so we can troubleshoot effectively.
  • Send you helpful links, screenshots, and videos.
  • Get to the bottom of your questions without putting you on hold.
  • Keep detailed records of issues, meaning we can quickly escalate issues to our engineers.
