This guide walks you through the various options available when creating gauge widgets from your spreadsheet data.
Select data for your gauge widget
Select at least one numeric column or a specific cell from your connected spreadsheet. Then you'll be taken to the configuration page where you can make further adjustments if needed.
Configure your gauge widget
Visualization options
Add a Min and a Max value to your gauge. If no Min and/or Max values are added, your gauge will calculate it automatically using the lowest and highest value in the selected data range.
Add status indicators
Adding success and/or negative values to your gauge widgets allows you to draw attention to changes as they happen.
Formatting
The Formatting menu allows you to overrule the automatically set number of decimal places used or add additional information about the values on your widget. For more information, see our guide to using the data formatting options.
Add dynamic selection
The Dynamic selection menu enables you to expand your initial single-cell selection to a whole column or row. Your gauge widget will always display the last numeric value added.
For example, you could create this CSAT score gauge by using a dynamic selection, where the last available value (95) from the CSAT column will be visualized.
You can also customize your gauge with status indicators and use a % suffix.
