Spreadsheets widgets automatically refresh every 15 minutes. We also support manual refreshing. This can be helpful when initially setting up your widget or running tests on an existing widget.
Manually refresh your spreadsheet while adding a new widget
After connecting your Excel file to Geckoboard, you'll reach the select data screen. To manually refresh your spreadsheet, click Refresh sheet in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Manually refresh your spreadsheet while editing a widget
Follow these steps to manually refresh a spreadsheet that's powering an existing widget:
On the edit widget screen's breadcrumbs menu, click the downward arrow beside the name of your spreadsheet.
Click Reload Spreadsheet.
Click Save once you're finished.
