In this article we'll show you how to use our Spreadsheets data source to add multiple series of data to visualizations within your Geckoboard dashboard. The options you have are the Line chart or the Column chart, which are able to display multiple series of data.

Create a multi-series line chart
- After connecting your spreadsheet to Geckoboard, click drag cells to select a date range. Alternatively, you can select an entire row and column.
- To select another range of the spreadsheet, click the

- You'll now see highlighted visualization options. Click the
By default, Geckoboard reads the data in columns. If your data series is arranged in rows, click the check box next to Transpose columns into rows.

On this screen you'll be able to add goal targets, status indicators, comparison visualizations, and any additional formatting information about the data being displayed.

- When you're happy with your selection, click .
- You'll now see highlighted visualization options. Click the
