Data source connections may expire for various reasons, such as a recent password change. Typically, we'll email you to notify you if your connection expires.
Before reconnecting an account
Double-check that the account you'll be connecting to has access to the same data as the original connection did, to ensure your widgets can display data as expected.
Visit the source tool that you'll be connecting to and log out of your accounts. This will ensure that if you have multiple accounts, you're prompted during the connection process to connect the correct account and prevent any automatic login.
How to reconnect an account to Geckoboard
Click on your initials in the top right corner.
From the drop-down, select Admin.
Click the Connections tab.
Next, click the Reconnect button for the service you want to reconnect.
Or click the ellipsis, then select Reconnect.
If a Reconnect option isn't available, you'll need to create a new connection to that data source, then edit and assign your existing widgets to the new data source.
Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect your account.
