Who can use this feature?
Only Account owners can update billing details in the app.
If your accounting department doesn't have access to the app, get in touch and we can provide them with billing-exclusive access.
To update the billing details that appear on your invoices, and payment details, including credit or debit card details, follow these steps:
Log in to your Geckoboard account.
Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.
From the drop-down, select Plans & Billing.
Click Edit payment details.
From the new page that opens, update your details, then click Update Billing information.
