There are two ways you can access your Geckoboard invoices: viewing them within your Geckoboard account or receiving them via email.
Viewing your invoices within the account
Only Account owners can access billing details.
You can keep track of all the invoices for your subscription in your account settings.
Tip: This is especially helpful if your organization is charged VAT and you’re looking for invoices with the amounts in your local currency (for example, in GBP).
Log in to your Geckoboard account.
Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.
From the drop-down, select Plans & Billing.
Click View invoices on the top of the screen.
Click on the Invoice Number to view or download a copy of the invoice.
Receiving invoices via email
Who can use this feature?
Anyone in the company.
Receiving invoices via email is available for all accounts.
Tip: You can add multiple invoice emails by separating them with a comma. This is especially helpful when someone in your organization doesn’t have access to your Geckoboard account but needs access to the invoices.
When you first upgrade to a paid plan you can add recipients for invoices sent via email. Simply type in all recipient email addresses separated by comma in the Invoice email field.
