If the current owner is available
If the account owner is available, there are two ways to transfer ownership:
Change the email address to the new Owner's email address and reset the password.
If the current owner is unavailable or no longer with the company
If the current owner is unavailable or not longer with the company, we can still change ownership of the account for you following a quick security check.
