Update your billing details

Who can use this feature?

Only can update billing details in the app.

If your accounting department doesn't have access to the app, get in touch and we can provide them with billing-exclusive access.

To update the billing details that appear on your invoices, and payment details, including credit card, debit card or PayPal details, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Geckoboard account.
  2. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.login to your geckoboard account
  3. From the drop-down, select Account.options from the account menu
  4. Click Plans & Billing on the left side of the screen.select plans and billing from the accounts menu
  5. Click Change billing details. Any saved changes will appear on your invoices.change your Geckoboard billing details
  6. On the pop-up modal displaying your billing details, click Edit payment details.edit your Geckoboard payment details
  7. Update your details and click Save.


    You can also switch from using a credit or debit card to Paypal and vice versa.
