Who can use this feature?
Only Account owners can update billing details in the app.
If your accounting department doesn't have access to the app, get in touch and we can provide them with billing-exclusive access.
To update the billing details that appear on your invoices, and payment details, including credit card, debit card or PayPal details, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Geckoboard account.
- Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.
- From the drop-down, select .
- Click on the left side of the screen.
- Click . Any saved changes will appear on your invoices.
- On the pop-up modal displaying your billing details, click .
- Update your details and click
You can also switch from using a credit or debit card to Paypal and vice versa.
