With Celebrations enabled, when a customer leaves a positive CSAT rating in Zendesk Support, a full-screen celebration appears across your dashboard for a few seconds, styled to fit your dashboard's theme.
It's a simple way to give the team instant recognition for great support, right as the feedback comes in.
Celebrations are currently available for the Zendesk Support Satisfaction comments feed and will appear on your shared content, including dashboards viewed via Send to screen or a sharing link.
How to set up a celebration
Click + Add widget on your dashboard and choose Zendesk Support, or edit an existing Zendesk Support widget.
In the Display field, select Satisfaction, then Satisfaction comments.
In the Celebrate area, click +.
Choose the rating that should trigger a celebration, such as Good, or the specific score you'd like to use if you're on the 5-point scale.
To see a preview, click See what a celebration looks like.
Click Apply to save your widget.
