On your dashboard, click + Add widget, then search for and click on Zendesk QA.
Give your connection a descriptive name to differentiate it from other accounts.
Next, enter your API Token, Account ID, and Workspace ID.
Geckoboard requires these to access your Zendesk QA account. For help finding these parameters, see Zendesk QA's custom integration guide.
Click on the Connect via Zendesk QA button to create a connection.
On the widget configuration screen that appears, you can begin building your widget and save it whenever you're ready.
