If you wish to cancel, there are two options:
Cancel your subscription
Account owners can cancel subscriptions from the Account page under the Cancellation area. Please note that this method will also delete your account and data.
Pause your subscription
If you'd like to preserve your account for future use and temporarily pause your subscription, please speak with our team. We will help stop the subscription and ensure your dashboards are saved for when you decide to return.
