At times, a dashboard may fail to load and you'll get the following error message:
Geckoboard failed to start. Please refresh the page to try again.
This is more likely to occur on low powered devices. Unfortunately, there might not be a solution other than using a device that fulfills our minimum requirements).
Steps to resolve the "failed to start" issue
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- While on the dashboard, perform a "hard" refresh a couple of times.
What's a hard refresh?
A hard refresh is a way of clearing the browser’s cache for a specific page. It forces it to load the most recent version of a page.
- If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to fully clear your browser's cache.
