There are various reasons data source connections may expire, like a recent password change. Typically, we'll send you an email notification.
To reconnect a data source, follow these steps.
- Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.
- From the drop-down, select
- Click the
- Next, click the
- Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect your account.
Note
If the
button isn't available, you'll need to create a new connection to that data source, and assign your existing widgets the new data source.Get help
