There are various reasons data source connections may expire (e.g. recent password change) and typically, we'll send you an email notification.
To reconnect a data source, follow these steps.
- Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.
- From the drop-down, select .
- Click the tab.
- Next, click the button for the service you want to reconnect.
- Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect your account.
If thebutton isn't available, you'll need to create a new connection to that data source, and assign your existing widgets the new data source.
