Reconnect a data source

There are various reasons data source connections may expire (e.g. recent password change) and typically, we'll send you an email notification. 

To reconnect a data source, follow these steps. 

  1. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner.login to your geckoboard account
  2. From the drop-down, select Admin.options from the admin menu
  3. Click the Data sources tab.data sources tab on admin navigation
  4. Next, click the Reconnect button for the service you want to reconnect.Reconnect an expired connection
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect your account. 

Note

If the Reconnect button isn't available, you'll need to create a new connection to that data source, and assign your existing widgets the new data source.
