Add a new Help Scout widget from your dashboard.
Click Create dataset beside Productivity metrics.
Click the Connect via Help Scout button.
In the pop-up window, log in to your Help Scout account. Follow the steps to create a connection and authenticate your Help Scout account.
After you return to the connection panel, click Create widget to start creating your Help Scout widget.
Select the Mailbox you want to visualize data from and whether you want to calculate from Regular or Office hours.

Trouble connecting?
To use the Geckoboard integration, you must be on the Plus or Pro Help Scout plan. Reporting endpoints are not available on the Standard plan.
Verify that the user you are connecting with has the Access API permission granted. For more details, check this Help Scout guide.
