Customize Mailchimp widgets

Learn how to adjust presentation options and filter your Mailchimp data to create easy-to-understand visualizations.

This guide walks you through the various options available when customizing Mailchimp widgets.


Account allows you to pick the Mailchimp Account you'd like to return data for.


Add a title to your Mailchimp widget. Titles should be self explanatory and unambiguous. At the same time, you should try and keep them as short as possible, using universally understood abbreviations where possible.


Select the list (audience) you would like to report on.


The metric picker allows you to select any of the Mailchimp metrics Geckoboard supports for your chosen widget type.


The time picker allows you to narrow the time period of the list growth when adding a List Subscribers Line Chart. Choose from this quarter or this year. For example, you could track your Subscriber list for the past quarter.

Secondary visualization

Switch on and set a progress goal when adding a List Subscribers Line Chart for additional context.

Filter campaigns by sent time

Choose to show only campaigns for the past 30 days or all time.


Enter an optional goal target value for List Metrics or Campaign Metrics Number Stats.
