If your Google Ads widgets are blank and/or displaying errors, it's likely that either:

Expired access token: "unable to load widget"

This may be occurring because an expired access token has broken the connection between Geckoboard and your Google Ads account. To fix this, you'll need to create a new connection.

  1. Open a new Incognito window in your browser and log into Geckoboard (make sure you're not signed into any Google Accounts in this window)

  2. In Geckoboard, Click Add widget, located in the top right of your dashboard.

  3. Click on the Google Ads data source.

  4. Choose from any of the three widgets to reach the widget configuration screen.

  5. Add a new connection to Google Ads by clicking the + Add account button.
