A hard refresh or clearing your browser's cache usually resolves the issue.

If your dashboard shows the error message Geckoboard failed to start. Please refresh the page to try again, perform a hard refresh a couple of times to clear your browser’s cache. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to fully clear your browser's cache.

This error is more likely to occur on low-powered devices. Unfortunately, there might not be a solution other than using a device that fulfills our minimum requirements).
