If you see a Plan features exceeded alert appear in your account, this means you have exceeded your plan's allowance.
This can happen if you exceed plan allowances for one or more of the following features:
Number of dashboards
Snapshots for Slack and Email
Notifications for Slack
Specific data source connections on some legacy plans

What to expect after exceeding plan allowances
We’ll contact you a week or so after you’ve exceeded your subscription allowance to see how you're getting on and explain the best options to keep them. This will typically mean upgrading to the next plan that includes access to the features you're using.
