Snapshots for email let you schedule dashboard screenshots to be delivered to any email address, including recipients who aren't Geckoboard users.
How to schedule a Snapshot to send via email
On the dashboard you wish to send a Snapshot for, click Schedule, then Email.
In the Send to field, enter the email address you want to send the dashboard snapshot to.
Complete the configuration as preferred, then click Create.
How to accept the invitation to receive Snapshots
When a recipient is added to Snapshots for the first time, they will receive an email invitation from notifications@snapshots.geckoboard.com.
To receive future Snapshot emails of the dashboard, the recipient must first:
Accept the invitation by clicking the Accept invitation button within the email.
In the new window that opens, click Confirm to fully subscribe to the Snapshot emails.
If the recipient doesn't see this email in their inbox, please have them check their spam folder.
How to schedule multiple Snapshots
Send a Snapshot more than once a day to the same destination
While configuring your Snapshot, in the Schedule time field, select as many times as needed. A Snapshot will be sent for each time selected.
Send a Snapshot to different destinations
On your dashboard, click Schedule, then select + Add Snapshot to set up as many Snapshots as needed for that dashboard.
How to delete an email Snapshot
Navigate to the dashboard you want to remove a Snapshot from and click Schedule, then click the edit icon on the Snapshot you want to modify.
Then, click the delete button.
