Acceptance rate measures the rate at which chats are accepted by agents.

(total chats - total chats were missed) / Total chats

Note: This is different from how Zendesk calculates Acceptance Rate, as they filter by "assigned", and so, if not assigned to an agent, they don't include them in their calculations.
