To ensure data for the Aircall data source on your dashboard is accurate, all phone numbers you want to monitor must be assigned to the Geckoboard integration within your Aircall account.

When you initially connect the Aircall data source
If you add a new number to your Aircall after connecting to Geckoboard
If you notice a discrepancy in data for a phone number, please ensure you’ve assigned that number to Geckoboard.
