Assign all phone numbers you want to monitor to the Geckoboard integration. This ensures data on your Geckoboard dashboard is accurate.
We recommend assigning your numbers:
When you first connect the integration
AND each time you add a new number to your Aircall.
If you notice a discrepancy in data for a phone number, please ensure you’ve assigned that number to Geckoboard.
