- Add a new Help Scout widget from your dashboard.
- Click beside Productivity metrics.
- Click the button.
- In the pop up window, login to your Help Scout account. Follow the steps to create a connection and authenticate your Help Scout account.
- After you return to the connection panel, click to start creating your Help Scout widget.
- Select the Mailbox you want to visualize data from and whether you want to calculate from Regular or Office hours. To learn more about creating dataset widgets, see our guide to creating visualizations from datasets.
