Troubleshoot Intercom connections

If your data import has failed you may need to upgrade to a paid Intercom plan.

If you've tried to connect to Intercom and your data import has failed, check that you're not using Intercom's free plan.

Intercom's Free plan does not allow API access. If you're using it you'll need to upgrade to a paid Intercom plan to use it with Geckoboard.
