Snapshots for email allows you to send a scheduled dashboard screenshot to your chosen email address and users – even if they're not Geckoboard users.
How to schedule a Snapshot to send via email
On the dashboard you wish to send a Snapshot for, click Share.
Now, click Email.
If prompted, you will need to create a sharing link for the dashboard.
In the Send to field, enter the email address you want to send the dashboard snapshot to.
In the Every field, select the frequency you prefer: Week or Month.
Complete the configuration as preferred, then click Create.
How to accept the invitation to receive Snapshots
When a recipient is added to Snapshots for the first time, they will receive an email invitation from notifications@snapshots.geckoboard.com
.
To receive future Snapshot emails of the dashboard, the recipient must first:
Accept the invitation by clicking the Accept invitation button within the email.
In the new window that opens, click Confirm to fully subscribe to the Snapshot emails.
If the recipient doesn't see this email in their inbox, please have them check their spam folder.
How to delete an email Snapshot
Navigate to the dashboard you want to remove a Snapshot and click Share, then Email.
Now click Remove scheduled post.
