You can filter by custom ticket fields when building or editing Zendesk Support widgets.

  1. Add or Edit a Zendesk Support widget.

  2. In the widget configuration panel, click Filter.

  3. From the list of filters, scroll down and select your chosen custom field.

  4. Select from either is or is not from the filter operator field.

  5. Select one or more Field values to add to your filter.

  6. Click Apply to create the filter.
