Use Interactive view and Source data to investigate the data behind your widgets

Drill down into metrics on your dashboard without having to leave Geckoboard.

Updated this week

In this guide, we'll cover both Interactive view and Source data, tools that help you better understand your metrics.

Interactive view enables dashboard admins to find answers to the most common questions about your metrics: how they look over different time periods, how they change over time, and how they vary across different properties.

Source data allows you to drill down into your data. This view provides a list of specific items that make up a metric, such as tickets, calls, conversations, and more. You can also export the data for further analysis as a .CSV file.
