Aggregate ticket related Zendesk metrics

Create an aggregated new and open tickets number widget

  1. Click Add widget, located in the top right of your dashboard.
  2. Search for Zendesk Support using the Search sources field.

    Alternatively, you can also scroll down the alphabetical list of integrations until you reach the Zendesk Support integration.
  3. Click on the Zendesk Support integration.
  4. From the list of preset visualizations select the option to Build your own widget at the bottom of the list.
  5. Hover over your new widget on your dashboard and click the more options menu, then click Edit to bring up the widget configuration menu.
  6. Click Filter results to add a new filter.
  7. Use the dropdown menus to apply your filter. We're going to add Status is with the values New and Open. Click Apply to create the filter.select a time value you'd like to see data forselect a time value you'd like to see data for
  8. Change the timespan for the ticket data if you require anything different to Past 7 days. When you've finished configuring your widget, click outside of the menu to close it.select a time value you'd like to see data for
  9. Finally, hover over the widget and click Add a label to describe the data e.g. New & open tickets.
