In this guide, we'll cover both Drilldown and Source data, tools that help you better understand your metrics.
Drilldown enables dashboard admins to find answers to the most common questions about your metrics: how they look over different time periods, how they change over time, and how they vary across different properties.
Source data allows you to drill down into your data. This view provides a list of specific items that make up a metric, such as tickets, calls, conversations, and more. You can also export the data for further analysis as a .CSV file.
Who can access Drilldown?
Available to all users with Account owner, Admin, and Explorer permissions
Available to Limited-access members if enabled for their account
Which data sources support Drilldown?

Where is Source data supported?
For certain metrics on Aircall, HubSpot, Intercom, Pipedrive, Shopify, and Zendesk Support data sources, you can access the Source data view. Source data is not available for all data sources or metrics, or when using all visualizations. If it's missing from a widget you're using, contact us.
