Layout changes and other visual modifications, such as applying Advanced Theming, are shown immediately in-app. If you're displaying a dashboard via Send to screen or a sharing link, changes will appear when the dashboard refreshes automatically every 12 hours.
To apply changes sooner, follow the steps below to trigger an immediate remote refresh.
Refresh dashboards connected via Send to screen
Click Send to screen in the top right of your screen.
Click the ellipsis menu next to the screen you want to refresh.
Click Refresh from the drop-down menu.
Refresh dashboards shared via a sharing link
Click Settings from the navigation menu.
Select Dashboard settings from the drop-down menu.
Under Refresh remote dashboards, click Refresh.
If you don't see the changes right away, refresh your browser as well.
