Quickly drill down into metrics on your dashboard, without having to leave Geckoboard.

Interactive view—currently in beta—enables dashboard admins to get answers to the most common questions about your metrics: how they look over different time periods, how they change over time, and how they vary across different properties.

  • Available for Aircall, Facebook, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Instagram Business, Intercom, LinkedIn, Linkedin Ads, Matomo Clod, Pipedrive, Shopify, Stripe, Youtube Analytics, Zendesk Agent Status, Zendesk Support

Where is it not supported?

  • Not available on Share links

  • Not available on Table or Feed widgets

  • Not available on legacy-style dashboards; if you need to convert, contact us

How to access Interactive view

  1. Hover over a supported dashboard widget and click the ellipsis.

  2. Click 🔍 Interactive view.

Source data

For certain metrics on Aircall, HubSpot, Intercom, Pipedrive, Shopify, and Zendesk Support data sources, you can also access the Source data view.

This view gives you a list of specific items that make up a metric, such as tickets, calls, conversations, and more. You can also export the data for further analysis as a .CSV file.

How to access Source data

  1. Hover over a supported dashboard widget and click the ⋮ ellipsis.

  2. Click Source data.

Using Zendesk Support as an example, clicking on the ticket in this view will take you directly to Zendesk in a new tab for further action.

Open up a Source Data view for certain metrics, which lists the specific tickets that make up that metric.
